They are. Not as good as they were 15 years ago because of change of formula but still here and easily available in any sex shop. Here’s the sort of brands you’ll find: https://prowlerpoppers.co.uk. Others might be able to help with the best places to visit in Manchester.

Don't bother touching ANY poppers here in the UK, or Europe. It's all propyl crap.
It doesn't matter what label it has on it's all the same content inside the bottle with a bit of sent added to make you think it's different. It's absolute crap. It doesn't matter what it says on the label, it's all propyl. It will give you health issues longterm.
Buy isobutyl from the US, still available, the safest option as far as your longterm health concerned. Gone are the real PWD brand days of consistently pure quality product and now the fake label copycats selling second rate product, but at least it's not propyl. Buy VERY recent product because it doesn't keep hardly more than a couple of times once opened.
You're lucky if you can get anyone in the US to mail it to the UK as Customs forms have to be completed by them. But hey, go on holiday to the US, big round bottles $20, bring bottles back checked in inside your wash bag toiletries in suitcase along with your clothes. No problem.
