Elevated ALT in blood test

I came across an old post on here a few years ago where a gentleman said that using poppers can elevate ALT on a blood test, but I can't seem to find the post anymore.

I drink here and there, but not enough to warrant liver damage I think. I encountered this issue before with a previous doctor. He was alarmed by the results. I stopped the poppers, waited 2 weeks, and went back to repeat the blood test. Drinking habits remained the same. All of a sudden my ALT levels were back to normal.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

With all the junk out there now and no way to find real amyl, I've decided I'm done with poppers.

However any info anyone would like to share would be much appreciated, thank you 🙏🏼

Yeah... I was also sent to do liver scan. Very much could be related.
