who is funding this? what does it all mean....is there a conspiracy.. whatever...certainly more attention is being paid to poppers suddenly.

@woodman and Forum Readers: It is my perception that the government medical authorities in the UK and France have previously placed specific restrictions on vendors / manufacturers requiring the chemical potency of their popper formulas not to exceed a specified level. This is why all of these popper products provide either no - or very weak - pro-sexual effects, and they fade and evaporate very quickly.
Do you really think the government medical authorities are going to permit these popper vendors to sell real (100%) amyl nitrite?
Between 1976 and 1984, I purchased real (100%) amyl nitrite from RAM Products in the UK - the manufacturer of the original Jungle Juice.
In 1984, one of the two owners of RAM Products informed me that the UK medical authorities were going to restrict the sale of real amyl nitrite, and that his company was going to have to find alternative (nitrite) formulas to sell to their customers.
The "amyl nitrite mixture" and "iso-amyl nitrite mixture" formulas being are very weak and not chemically close to real (100%) amyl nitrite; and do not provide the very sensual, enjoyable, and prolonged pro-sexual effects of real (100%) amyl nitrite. I know this from my own personal experience.

In other words it is your complete speculation.
