Is there any good places to get em from? The ones within canada are crazy expensive, and Popper King is pretty much bullshit, cuz it says it's canadian, but ships from USA, making customs an issue, and again, super expensive.

Is there any places that people have ordered from and got em shipped here no prob? Seems like canada has really cracked down on it to the point ya can't get em here no more.
