All depends on type/purity and your state wellness at the time. Impurities can add very toxic effects beyond what nitrites already do. They ALL lower O2 saturation....below 90%, which is ordinarily unhealthy. But you can recover pretty quickly if you are healthy. You may not have any symptoms either - if you are healthy.

@ Dick Hello I have been using poppers as a gay bottom for a long time and they are great but you just have to watch how much you do, try to limit the sniffs to what you need at the time, like if I am with a very well hung top, usually a gentleman of color, I might use a little more than usual to help me accommodate his size, you can usually tell when you are using to much, but as a bottom you do want to give it all up to your top as that is what we do.
