This has happened with some of my previous bottles as well.
I don't know exactly why, but it could have something to do with washing and adding Kcarb and MS4.
After I rewashed my last 30 ml bottle and placed it on some Kcarb and MS4, it took 3 days before it turned into something I liked. Then after a week of use, it seemed to be completely dead, even as there was ample fluid left. But after waiting another 3 or 4 days, it came back alive with a strong aromatic odor and good pleasant effects.
So when in doubt.....let it sit for about 3 days minimum before deciding what to do with it.
