amyl or isoamyl?

I like my DIY 1-Pentanol but don't have any experience with 2-Pentanol. Does it also give a bit of a cough? Less or more? or not? I have to reorder amyl alcohol and thinking of getting the isoamyl instead since I am assuming it would have more kick.

TCI ACS grade sourced from Spectrum. Not the cheapest but I am all about one stop shopping so go with Spectrum for everything. Just wish they sold my juice machines.

@Jack....I did experience more of a cough reflex with isoamyl alcohol. I don't with one pentanol. BUT, the isoamyl I bought was not TCI as has been my latest one pentanols.

Hey can you post your recipe preferably with isopropyl. Its the only alcohol i can get.
