Plastic cap and leaks

Why do some bottles come with the plastic caps now and when u remove them the liquid spills so easily. Or am I not supposed to take that plastic cap off?

You are supposed to take the cap off.
Maybe they have filled them up to much.

The leaks are bad recently. Don't know why. Keeping the bottle in my sock in the sex club, so it licked so bad that burned my foot
