it will evaporate in time. there is no expiration date as such, but once you open a bottle it will start to "go off". you need to store poppers correctly.

If you follow Joe Miller's formula, you can use it until it's gone. I recommend using EPO as a preservative and a way to stretch your brew.

Big bottle: three times. Better only twice. And using time three days. And small bottle normal quality once and superior quality twice. Or Big bottle one third of the bottle and small half of the bottle. And never more than half of the bottle, big or small. It is common that you can use only once of one bottle.

And don't buy if you think that the product is too expensive.

EPO (as Ken called it) is ELO (episodic linseed oil).

It was used as an acid scavenger in poppers. As poppers sage, the aroma becomes more and more noxious. ELO neutralizes acid as it develops, and is nitrite soluble, so you didn't even notice it was there.

The Original pwd stuff was 60% ELO. ELO is effective at about 10%, so it was also used to silkie the product (and explains why they went dead when about half full, all that was left was the oil.

What he did 12 years ago was copy the William Noyes formula, switch the acid to HCl, add a ton of sieves to suck up the toxic impurities and excess water he's created from using HCl and then call it ONE and DONE after only a few months of trial.
